We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items due to size issues. We strongly recommend customers consult the size chart available on our website or product page to guarantee the correct size selection. Please scroll down to find the brand you wish to purchase. If you’re uncertain about sizing, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
To initiate a return, kindly contact us at shop@thesuitsworld.com, providing your order number and a description of the damage. We will furnish you with instructions for returning the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and we advise using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.
Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will conduct an inspection and keep you informed of the replacement status. If the item is determined to be damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will dispatch a replacement to you at no additional cost.
It’s important to note that items that have been worn, washed, or otherwise used are not eligible for return or replacement.
